Diablo IV - Warning! There was an error. (Code 316719) - Diablo 4 - account is currently locked

Same problem, I was just walking around town.

yep just got this code so didnt fix from first weekend

as far as I can tell, error 316719 happens after transmogrifying items (I've applied a full set of transmog + all re-colour - then as soon as I saved changes, I got logged out - and can't log back in due to 316719). happed twice so far, exactly the same, ~2h apart. have to close the game and open it again to get past the error (so requeue...)

Any luck? I was disconnected about 20 mins ago and I'm just spamming the play button. Don't really want to exit and rejoin the queue. Feels like a server error eh.
