DUI Driver Arrested After Rollover Crash in Bakersfield Leaves Passenger Seriously Injured

BAKERSFIELD, Calif., June 30 (KNN) — A driver will be taken into custody for DUI after medically cleared following a rollover crash that has seriously injured the passenger, according to the Bakersfield Police Department.
The single-vehicle crash occurred shortly before midnight Saturday at the intersection of Panama Lane and Buena Vista Road in the city of Bakersfield.
Bakersfield police officers were dispatched to the location and found an overturned vehicle upon arrival with two patients trapped. The adult female passenger suffered major injuries as a result of the crash.
