As someone who has been using a 7500 as my primary daily shooter since right after it was released, the answer is - Absolutely. For Street Photography, Portraits, or Landscapes, the 7500 is an outstanding performing camera at an affordable price.
ОтветитьHi! I've seen this video and I was really convinced on buying this camera. I currently use film photography format and my camera is a Nikon F-601 and after using this camera for 1 year I want to make the change, my camera also has the same mount as this one (f-mount). So thank you for this video!
ОтветитьYes! I'm! I dont not why, but i think it's very good camera with 18-140 for 1200$
ОтветитьBryan, this was extremely helpful. I appreciate you!
ОтветитьWell done. Thank you.
ОтветитьI love my d7500! Ive shot with my buddys d850 and i like my d7500 way better!! I like bigger cameras but the d850 felt mickey mouse compared to my d7500. I couldnt put my finger on it, maybe the clicking sound of the d850, it sounded like it was going to come apart!?!
I know it was just a sound and it was all good but not for me.
I need some help again: I just bought a semi new D7500 (less than 3k shots) and everything was fine. Now sometimes when I turn it on the screen doesn’t show the main settings and it doesn’t show quickly the picture taken (even when the setting on). All the other options work properly on the screen. I turn it off and on around 4 times and it goes back to normal, but soon it starts showing the same problem. I already updated the firmware and restored the original settings…
ОтветитьAmazing job man, thank you for all this information, grettings from Buenos Aires
ОтветитьI watched your video on the advantages and disadvantages of the D7500 and found it quite informative. I have a question for you: Which camera would you recommend for taking pictures for a food blog? I also plan on filming myself cooking for the blog, so your answer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
ОтветитьMuito obrigada, Bryan!!! Seu video me alertou demais! Eu estava pensando em comprar ela nova, mas depois do seu comentário sobre ela ja estar saindo de linha e que por esse valor encontro opções melhores, irei rever minhas decisões. Obrigada pela honestidade! 🙌🏻✨💛
ОтветитьGood advice Bryan, I bought mine a few years ago second-hand, having had a couple of other Nikon cameras, including the P1000. But I sold them on, when I came across the 7500 in a local camera shop. I've never looked back, it does everything I wasn't from a camera, and it handles a Nikon 200-500 with ease, okay it may not be the fastest autofocus, but it's dam sharp and with a few tweaks of the in-camera settings the quality is great. Most people who have cameras are not professionals, but will still go and pay a fortune, thinking it will make their pictures 100% better. What makes a good photographer, is having a good eye to composition, and learning everything there is to know about how your camera works. Just for reference, my standard go-to lens is the Nikon 18-200, it covers every eventually when needed in an instant!
ОтветитьGood info. I have a D5500, which just recently started acting wack which I discovered was due to a frozen info button when I tried to do a reset so now I'm looking. I'm leaning toward the 7500 but was curious to know what cameras you were referring to when you said that there were better choices in the purchased-new D7500 price range.
Ответитьi've moved on to mirrorless and will be buying the Z8 or Z9 next but I'm keeping the D7500 it is a fun DSLR.
ОтветитьReleased in 2017., that's like 4 years ago?!
Ответитьwill it overheat , for shooting youtuve video (obs)/?
ОтветитьGreat clip, thank you 🙏
ОтветитьI find it hard to recommend when the d7200 exists especially if you are buying used.
ОтветитьI get my d7500 tomorrow
ОтветитьWhat is better for journalist D7500 or Z50?
ОтветитьDawg you just helped me all the way out 🕶️💯
ОтветитьI just got my hands on one. Thanks for the info
ОтветитьJust got the d7500....i like the IQ and dynamic range more than the D500.....
ОтветитьWould this be a good camera for concert photography?
ОтветитьI really enjoyed your video & I feel so much better now. It took me hours, yes hours, to find the right camera. I purchased the Nikon 7500. I can't wait to get my hands on my new camera, LOL.
ОтветитьGreat video. I’m thinking about getting back into photography and that’s the camera I use.
ОтветитьCompletely agree will all the reasoning. Moved from a D3000 to the D7500 with the 18-140 kit lens early this year. Took a while to adjust to the controls, but no regrets. I started out with an F over 50 years ago and still consider myself a novice.
ОтветитьI like the video editing vibe!. Sub'd
Ответитьfeel so lucky that I got a D7500 practically for free. My brother bought this camera when he went to multimedia school and nowadays he doesn't use it anymore. Since I want to pick up photography again, I just took this camera. At first, I didn't know what it was but I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it was the D7500.
ОтветитьI’m hoping to buy in 2028 when I can afford one 😢
ОтветитьI use my Nikon D7500 for my main camera. I did a shot this last weekend that wanted 4k video and stills. I was able to do both with this camera. The images came out great. I set the shutter to 1/60 th and let it roll. The video was great!
ОтветитьI've been searching for a fairly cheap nikon camera and seems like this one is perfect for me but I wonder does it make any sense if I have a D90?
ОтветитьYour advice my friend. I have Nikon D7000. Is it worth buying it for 600 euros with 44000 clicks?
ОтветитьNice review, I've never owned a DSLR and after a truck load of research I've settled on a 7500..... I have a winning bid on ebay right now!
ОтветитьI've been wracking my brain trying to figure out if I should upgrade my D3100 (had it 12 years and it was a little beast! but it is sadly starting to show its age). This video was absolutely perfect in answering my questions, so thank you very much! I had been debating between this and going mirrorless, but you convinced me to stick with my original choice of the D7500. 😊
ОтветитьHi man. Great video.
I've got the 7500 myself. What are the lenses you used for the body?
Is it good for cinematic video
ОтветитьI'm looking to upgrade to the 7500 from my D3500, but with Nikon starting to discontinue their DSLRs, I'm worried that the D7500 will become obsolete sooner rather than later. In your opinion, do you think the Z50 would be a better option to buy now? Strictly for photography, no video.
ОтветитьGreat great video man.
ОтветитьI found one with less than 300 shutter clicks for $530.00 the camera is in Mint condition. Also it truly is a good camera for photos.
ОтветитьI have one and love it. I have had mine for years.
ОтветитьIt's March 2023 and I was seconds away from purchasing the Nikon z50 when I discovered this mirrorless camera doesn't have a focus motor. My current camera is a Nikon D5200 and I was hoping to upgrade to a cam era that can use any Nikon lens with full functionality.
Ответитьnikon d7500 vs canon 77d what do you reccomand ? btw the nikon is more expensive than the canon
Ответитьnice review, thanks!
Ответитьi'm not a photographer or something i just casually take photos while i go out so should i buy this ? It is 82000 inr in India which is around 1000 dollars brand new so should i buy this kindly reply to this
ОтветитьAre you still using this Camera?
ОтветитьI want to start in photography as a beginner. Should I start with the Nikon D3500 or directly go with D7500 ? It seems that Nikon D3500 in 2023 is still a great option. Don't you think so ?
ОтветитьQuestion?..Can the Nikon d7500 do stil shooting for wedding and other special events?
I'm not entirely using it for video taking but I am sometimes taking photo shoots with live view more so that I can know my high angle and low angle shots which this camera has the ability to tilt it's screen.
How it compares to X-T3? I see that you also use Fuji. Do you prefer any of them for different types of job?
ОтветитьGreat camera for photography. 👍 Sucks for video. 👎
To effectively use the 4K video you’ll have to buy the P 10-18 mm lens and use it at the wide end. Still, auto focusing is going to be a major issue with this camera, even with AF-P lenses, though they are an improvement over AF-S lenses (which cannot be used for video whatsoever).
