Need help, pc does not recognise ssd as a boot able device after hdd removed.

I was trying to dual boot Ubuntu. I faced some problem and deleted the partition allocated to Ubuntu.
Now whenever i restart the laptop, a screen with "minimal Bash-like line editing is supported " written on it is displayed.

I have tried making the os boot as the first priority in the boot order.

But still that screen keep displaying.
I have to write exit command on it every time to use windows
I run msconfig and only windows 11 was there . Then is that screen appeearing.
Please help
