I came across your Channel by accident, although there are no such things as accidents. Watching your video, seeing how much you have achieved, have lived whilst still so young, the joy oozing out of you is breath-taking and beautiful. I am 52 and I have been through so much trauma that I have forgotten how to live and be a kid at heart again. What advice would you give, how do you get to be this happy and filled with so much love and joy and happiness from within. Have you always been like this or did you do some inner work to get to be like this?
