Where as most cases are resolved at the IRB (the tribunal), when the issue needs to go higher to the Federal court, then only immigration lawyers can help, that is true. Every service has its provider :)

Although the consultants and the lawyers roles are nuanced. I prefer to go with the “first class” ( a lawyer): You get what you pay for.
