I've been using Canva for over 2 years now. I installed the app I now get to open the actual app, not a website but somethings off, I keep getting a lot of errors.
Examples:
1. Errors, I can't paste, It keeps crashing
2. When I search something, It always says "We had a problem processing" I was like "Oh then I will just paste some videos or images" but I can't paste too
3. It keeps lagging so much, and crashing for no reason, I'm just designing a new design but it crashes
4. Loading the app sometimes, takes 5 minutes or even a HOUR, my computer can't handle it so I just deleted it and re-intalled it.
I keep getting so many issues, can you please guys resolve this? Cause I tried a few editing softwares and websites, but I don't know how to use it, Canva is the easiest editing software/website but it can be very laggy please fix this problem? Cause it keeps getting worse, The first time I used canva it was good, no Errors so far, but as the longer I use it, I keep getting much much much worse errors, even my PC said "Canva isn't Responding Close the program Wait for the program to respond" please solve this and wehn I edit, sometimes when I click on something, it rejects it, please fix my Issues btw I love Canva I just have a lot of problems, Thanks.

Please clarify can we use cana for print on demand. This is a yes or no question do not give me a link to a video that doess not explain it.

I am happy that Canva is improving video features bit by bit. I just want to note on the following:
1. Layers is great but I am hoping to have a timeline where you can easily move your sound to a particular place, adjust timing easily with each element. An overview of all your elements
2. Sound - I am using pro already and there was a notification that we can only use 20 audio tracks in one project. What happened was I only use 3 sounds from the audio library then the rest recorded voice that need to put on slides.Quite confused abt it.
Theres a stiff competition about video content right now and hope Canva will be able to invest more on video features.Thanks a lot❤

Do ypu have a way when we ate putting a good bit of videos together have a way to transition using ai so we don't have to do each obe manually?

Hello Canva team. So apparently I can't play longer sounds in the audio section on Canva. It just gave me the option to Fade In and Fade out under Audio effects. I think before it let me play longer sounds for videos on canva but I can't hear a full sound on canva. And the audio has cut it down to a short sound playing and the sound only lets me choose where i want the sound playing but,not for a full sound playing. Plz reply back when you see this.
