Russell Martin will land on his feet. He has strength of conviction. Unfortunately fans expect and want success and when reality smacks you in the face, they want change.

The PL is a completely different league to the championship. Just what did they expect was going to happen!

Class answer by Martin, getting sacked is not the end of his career. He will pop up somewhere else and be successful again

I'm sorry but regardless of pep and his success 11 games lost basically in a row how is he still there?? Yet people are wanting to sack Postecoglou when he's done way better then the last couple managers at Tottenham what a joke the premier league is.

Russel is a sound gentle soul who's kept his cool at these hard times managing Southampton f c he deserves more than being sacked but I'm actually glad so he can move on to better things in his managerial career utm
