Ответитьthank you for such a true to the title cooldown stretch! every other “5 minute cooldown stretch” is 7, 8 minutes and it’s annoying if it’s something you’re doing in a hurry. your video is easy to follow and to the point! saving it for my next workout!

Ответитьif you dont stretch after a workout your body can start to disform because youre constantly moving your body in weird ways (the musles can start to grow in the wrong places) stretching helps give your muscles room so they can go back to their original space.:D
