About phoenix wars , in the recent masters ESL Showtime played against Maxpax , and they played 5 times phoenix wars. While it was pretty boring (i love ground pvp but 5x phoenix wars....) , ti was really something of a masterclass in terms of phoenix wars, the motherships before carrers seems a must. Personsally on my level, if i see phoenixes i put photon cannons in each mineral line, going to 2 when i have money, rush 4-6 archons+chargelots and go kill my opponent (or die trying) :)
