Regarding tell us about yourself... I start with my top three personal interests then highlight my related top three professional interests from the req. This builds rapport to help the interviewer like me before checking qualification boxes.

There is debate here but I share high level slides one at a time and actually sell my skills as we cover each req topic. At times I've competed against 30 people and have been hired by the likes of ATT, Disney, and Toyota.

The most important piece is rehearse your STAR answers to common STAR questions.

One more thing... interviewers always say something like they're blown away that I was prepared instead of winging it.
