I mean in Halo First Contact the Chief along with a team of Spartans boarded a Covenant space station defended by 500 warships and their fighters and successfully destroyed the station and over 420 ships.
If he was to board the death star it would be with one of their ships, and hes fought Covenant soldiers for over 20 years and an army of flood. If he could secure a Imperial and infiltrate the station he would stand a good chance of success, and if he gets a force of ODSTs as well then he might very well succeed.

No offense to the content creator because I love the videos. I don't think this needed to be a video. The UNSC uses conventional weapons and rail guns. The Stars Wars ships use deflector shields which are designed to stop energy weapons. The Death Star and its fleet wouldn't stand a chance against conventional weapons. If it was a ground battle however the UNSC would get swamped. Storm trooper armour is perfect against conventional weapons. The UNSC might stand a chance on the ground is Spartans are deployed.

So I punched in the yield of a UNSC Super Mac on an ODP (51.2 Gigatons) Into an explosion radius calculator it ended up at 2100 Kilometers as the Fireball radius
The death star clocks out at 160 kilometers
Yeah they should just use the ODPs and call it a day Well let’s hope before the death star can destroy earth
Now for the ship macs that clock out at 70 kilotons? it’s way smaller the “fireball” radius clocks out at 370 meters which is kinda bad and the UNSC will need a very long time to fully destroy the entire star but if they focus all their fire power into one spot towards the core my guess it’d take around maybe 14 shots but again this can’t happen if the death star is able to destroy the fleet which may or may not happen

There should have been a scenario where the halo ships were practically in the kill zone, as since the hyperdrives were inaccurate they could of.

We have to remember that Storm Troopers are extremely vulnerable to "plot armor" so I think a single Master Chief could take out the Death Star unless Darth Vader, Grand Admiral Thrawn, or another significant Imperial character was present, though anyone sent with him would be obliterated.

Remember star wars' defense is for energy based weapons, not projectiles.

I gotta say I agree overall but really disagree about that final point.

Master Chief and by extension all Spartans are trained from birth to be the most elite fighting force ever. They are trained on how to use every UNSC weapon and, more importantly, how to intuit how to use enemy firearms. They also have advanced armor with personal shielding (Something no Stormtrooper would have) and are augmented to be literally super human. Not to mention Cortana is in his head as well.

If Master Chief and Red Team were to board they could easily tear through that Station like tissue paper, plant a nuclear charge in the main reactor, and fly out of their without the home fleet even needing to fire a shot.

Honestly there’s one thing that might stop the UNSC from killing the Death Star. One very important thing. Ammunition. Yes MAC guns do horrific amounts of damage per shot, but remember, they’re trying to destroy a moon sized hunk of armor plate. They could absolutely deal out horrific amounts of damage to the station, but would they have enough ammunition to reach critical systems deep within the Death Star’s core? (At least I’m assuming that the more critical systems are near the core, because I’m making the assumption that the designers were at least somewhat competent)

Wouldn't the ai do an indepth scan and find the weakness, the fleet move x amount of ships into position, fire their mac canons into the exhaust shaft and cripple if not destroy the death star? But then again wouldn't the resulting explosion destroy both factions?

öhm jea nice we ignore the over 100.000 Ships the Empire has seriously boy i think the death star would win alone but with the imperial fleet the Empire will win 100% and even if they could destroy the death star and there are no imperial ships then the star fighters alone will destroy the komplett UNSC fleet easy.

I’m sorry, did you forget that starwars shields are practically immune to physical attacks? Its why no starwars vessels use things like missiles, and needed a specific Ion torpedo to penetrate the deathstars shielding. The UNSC could fire their mac cannons all day and never touch the Deathstar.

I easily see a team of Spartans led by Master Chief being successful in boarding the Death Star.

They would be able to target a wide variety of structures and unless the Empire manages to miraculously stop them, they could do some very successful sabotage.

You forgot that the Death Star would have Star Destroyers show up and engage the fleet very very quickly. Also the death star can maneuver, it would turn its laser to each target and blow it up, not stay in one place. Also, the death star has a very powerful tractor-beam system, which could potentially pull the UNSC ships close.

The MAC wouldn't even be the main weapon causing damage. The literal Archer missile massacre swarm would do massive damage. A single Archer missile is a extremely powerful explosive weapon at least on par with a modern MOAB for the low estimate. With its likely most powerful possible level being closer to small tactical nuke level of a kiloton or so. Kind of hard to make a non nuclear explosive any stronger than that without some other exotic material.

And unlike the Covenant or even the UNSC the Empire and Star Wars in general lack the PD systems to be on par with dealing with the numbers used. And in the 1 to 3 Shiva nukes per frigates along with many more smaller havoc nukes they carry and the DS is not going to last long.

The TIEs also wouldn't be too much of an issue. The UNSC used the missile pod system for launching multiple missiles at once because they needed to be able to overcome their own PD systems. While not on par with the Pulse lasers of the Covenant they are still very good. That means the frigates which have quite a very PD and dual purpose guns can deal with the mass thin sheet metal fighters coming at them. And since all their guns are Coil guns controlled by an advanced targeting computer and AI hitting at range is not an issue.

This is a no brainer it's basically a tank vs multiple snipers

Don't forget that not only Mac cannons would be pounding it but also Nukes and archer missiles.

I wanna say star wars shields and armor wouldn't hold up to well against ballistic weapons due to them being designed for energy weapons. But I could be wrong and this is my opinion.

Maybe we could use our mac cannons to damage the the surrounding the laser plate to make them busy for a while and just shooting at range with mac cannons or turn around the death star then make a hole, launch a havoc missile or throw nova bomb. And we are done. Yes our mac cannons are very long range, carve a hole and then anything is done

I think the only way that the UNSC could get inside the death star would be to just bombarded a single area destroying all of the exterior weapons kind of like what the covenant did to reach.

I think even if the Ties get into range of the fleet, they would prolly get shredded into little bits of scrap metal. UNSC Autocannons fires 50MM rounds with a firerate of an MG42, while being aimed by smart AI.

Sorry but actual cannon storm troopers and these were Palps most """Elite""" men got wrecked by Ewoks, MC and a Spartan team would cleave through those clowns like a hot knife through butter.

Love the content keep up the amazing work but I have to say I feel like your opinions and views are biased .....👎🏽 you are literally taking away the UNSC most powerful weapons and leaving them handicap and for some odd reason you’re always taking the UNSC out of their own universe and putting them in the Star Wars universe I’m pretty sure if you drop the death star in the Halo universe with foreunner technology as well as covenant and Unsc forces they wouldn’t last a chance I feel like a better analysis would give a more fair outcome.....🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️
