Does it automatically replenish the amount of stock once I reorder items?

hi there, the video is quite helpful yet i have a query /
so whenever i put maximum quantity to say 50 than that 50 is shown at the cart button and is not editable. so the customer will have to by 50 or none. This problem is quite unique for me and unable to find the solution. i would really help me if you give a advise on the same
