How to Fix Loadlibrary Failed With Error 1114 In Windows 10/8/7 [Tutorial]

horrible tutorial and responding to the "thank you"'s while ignoring the pressing matter of the question "I dont have this option you are talking about/where is this setting if you cant even show us?" is really weird.

I did it and I had a grey screen and now I lost all my data. This is one of the best tutorials I've ever seen (I'm being sarcastic)
