ОтветитьI had a minor sprained ankle that wouldn’t heal for 6 months , in the end I bought a jinga ankle sprain to cushion it, you need to compress it .
Then I started to attempt to walk on toes to gain strength
And then started playing football by wearing a cushion then wrapping it with a self adhesive bandage
This made sure it was wrapped and wouldn’t sprain again
Now I am massaging it
