I'm loving these tutorials! Thank you very much! I tried to find the Trim string by chars in the callback function, but it seems it's not there in the newer versions, or maybe I'm just missing something.
ОтветитьOh, it's an Elementor focused video. That would have been good to know beforehand.
ОтветитьHi 😊. Hi. Is it possible to add the category (custom category with Jetengine) inside the url of the post type?
ОтветитьThanks for all those great Videos, although I got my problems to understand the foreign language. :)
I got a question about "Filter Field Output"
Under Callback you have the option "Trim String Chars", which no longer seems to exist in the current version. Is there an alternative?
hii ! on dynamic field on new version is no option of trim "string by chars" for a description. what is the alternative to show less text?
ОтветитьIs this the same as the new Elementor Loop? Is there any advantage to using this over the Elementor Loop builder?
ОтветитьAnother excellent tutorial Paul, many thanks. This finally helped me understand the use of categories with Crocoblock.
ОтветитьHi Paul, are that houses the ones from Rotterdam? :P
Ответитьhello paul i am very grateful for your tutorials and information. How can I do frequently asked questions using Jet Engine. Can you help me?
Ответитьis this the last video in the playlist, ? should we follow the three years old playlist now? or isnt obselete? your videos are very informative have you actually build complete websites with jet engine? if yes plz share with us
oh just found couple in suggestion :)
actually, how can we return the id post or record the id after submitting the form??
ОтветитьI always read and follow tutorials
. I want to do it Now there is a problem in creating the form that I created with the Jet Engine form builder. I want the user's purchase information to be displayed after submitting the form. I created a query for safe work and then listed the details, but now when I fill the form on the site and send it, it does not show the information related to that form. In fact, the query is not updated. Can I get your guidance in this regard??
Hi please I need a Typography for my site
ОтветитьHello there!
I hope you can help me here...
I'd like to create a product which has one image.
On the top of image adding empty text fields (for example 5 fields) lets call these fields "A".
And next to the image create another 5 text fields - lets call them "B".
Now here it is..
When I write something in fields B, it will reflect it immediately and automatically into fields A..
Is it something you can help me with?
If not, do you know how this is called professionally?
I'm using Wordpress - Elementor pro - Jet (if needed)
thanks a lot!
😉click the dislike button twice! Love it! Great video
ОтветитьYou are redirecting to part 4 at the end of video
ОтветитьHi Paul, loving these tutorials. Got stuck on a project with ACF and a 100 extra plugins to make it work, so switching it to crocoblock instead since that seems to have it all in one system. One key question I keep having is: when do I use glossaries and when do I use categories? It seems like both are able to do very similar things with being able to query data in different ways. Just trying to understand if there is a reason to use one over the other? I've got different custom post types using the same categories, but now I'm not sure if I should be setting it up as custom fields and glossaries instead? Any views? You set up property types as categories and then property features as a glossary. Basically both could be either, or am I missing something?
ОтветитьHey Paul, love the videos - I have a query still of the best way to attack my project which I wondered if you could feed back on what you would do?
I want to be able to filter Woo products by Width and that is within variations - so I think I can do that using Smart Filters. But if I wanted to add extra fields in the Variations area of woo but without using Attributes - can this be done? I could then for example add more data such as number of handles on a unit, number of doors etc.
I'm struggling to understand the best way to filter my products by features (rather than variations) so for example how would you suggest adding extra feature data like how many sinks a bathroom cabinet has, or add the number of doors and drawers that would be on a unit size - I'd like to have this as filterable data if possible.
Everything I see for Jet seems to be based on a listings site concept - but noone has covered how to maximise the power of woo in the same manner.
Any ideas of structuring that?
Keep up the good work
Mark
I get stuck at 13.55: I can't find "Trim string by characters".
ОтветитьFor the custom taxonomy listing - what do the listings link to? When I set mine up, I added a permalink to the category title but it doesn't go anywhere :^\
ОтветитьReally enjoying the tutorials! I noticed one issue - there is no option in the callback dropdown for "Trim string by chars". Is there something that causes this to be culled from the dropdown list? I think the person below me is having the same issue?
ОтветитьDisable Trim string py charts how to solve
ОтветитьHello, I created the tours and travel site with the help of jet Engine Plugin, and i created single country page to show their tour listings....is there any way to arrange my featured listing first and then after show rest listings?
ОтветитьI hope you can help, I have watched and rewatched your videos, but I am clearly still doing something wrong in trying to use Glossaries with Smart Filters - I just can't get it to work
The only way is to use taxonomy and create the same options - that works
But am I misunderstanding Glossaries ? I was hoping to use smart filters to filter the values in a custom post type meta field, via an Archive page
Hi Paul, we are waiting for the next part on this series. Thank you
Ответить@WPTuts can you publish a full membership site video using crocoblock
Ответитьif we use crocoblock page builder, we can set where do you want to display it. Do you have alternative solution?
ОтветитьHello Paul, Is it possible to make a Membership site with Crocoblock where people can create their own marketplace and sell their products? Can you tell me what theme and template to use? My goal is to set up the marketplace so that whenever someone sells, I will receive a commission as well. Plus, I would like to do that within WooCommerce, so I can offer upsells, down sales, abandoned cars, and more.
ОтветитьHi, Paul. Thank you for everything. Any idea of starting a discord?
ОтветитьAwesome video tutorial, good job, very beneficial for beginners like me. Two suggestions if I can:
1) do not move the cursor all around, just keep it in the place which You would like to show and make the cursor more visible, please. Sometimes You move the cursor so fast I have to watch the video in slow-motion to see what did You clicked :)
2) make a short brief summary of the video tutorial at the end. The summary helps me understand the concept of the tutorial much better. Thank You
My listing featured images are different sizes *Super Frustrating*. Anyone know how to set the thumbnail or featured images to be the same size?
ОтветитьThis is like the Climax of this Tutorial Series for me.....displaying what we're working on for the past 4 tutorials, Nice!
ОтветитьHi Paul. Can you give an indication of how many parts there are to this series. I have a Crocoblock Listing project I want to start on but I don't want to start till have a proper understanding of Jet Engine. I am scared I miss something important if I don't wait for the entire series to come out. Its on a live site so I can't really experiment in the mean time. Thanks.
Ответитьwhile im trying to do these steps....im facing a problem where the dynamic field, source, object field is chosen according to your tutorial.... but it just showing one of the glossary fields...as shown by your tutorial..im making 3 fields like your garage,sauna,tennis....how can i solve this?if u dont understand what issue im facing you can email me...im really stuck here
