And for addition, for the current version of android studio, we replace the path :
R.drawable.<imgName> into R.mipmap.<imgName>
current_image_index is not initialized. so how it will understand from where to start?

ОтветитьMy query is different from the tutorial. I am trying to add image into ImageView from my sd card. But the Image dimensions are not as same as the ImageView. The ImageView has height and width of match_parent. I tried scaleType = fitXY but it only filled the ImageView width wise but not height wise. If you can help me with this, it would be awesome. Thank you!
