I'm currently at akisawa shrine for last throphy with 94.87% I can't find the other spirits for the life of me is there missable ones that I don't know about???

Please help I transferred 94.87% and couldn’t find the rest in Akisawa shrine area

Oh man. I wished there was at least a line of "congratulations you did it you saved all of tokyo" when you collected full 100% of the spirits. Instead all you get is a achievement ping. Kind of underwhelming in terms of obtaining all spirits.
