Do you premake the pickled onions or do you buy them?

Luv cookin on the griddle with chicken thighs, so much flavor and so many options. This is a great combination though may not use the green stuff, not a favorite in our clan, ha but so many other ways to enhance flavor like a thick salsa. thanks for the idea. The Blackstone racks also are a must have for any griddler.

I'll try it without the corn. Looks good tho.
