Orthodontist Reacts To Disgusting Teeth Cleanings

Watching this makes me appreciate my dentist 300% more than I already have before.

I always hated my teeth (wanted braces as a kid but my parents told me I didn't REALLY want them so I was never able to get them) so I just stopped taking care of my teeth altogether. Now I'm 34 and my teeth are all rotten and broken, I wish I could go back in time. It really destroys your self-confidence, even more than just having fucked up teeth to begin with. But honestly as bad as my teeth are, they've still never been anywhere close to as bad as some of these clips you've shown. I've definitely never had calculus build up anywhere close to that. People need to start taking care of their shit, once your teeth get to a certain point, there's no coming back from it. You'll lose them all like I am and you'll regret every minute of it.

"Go to your dentist or orthodontist to get your teeth cleaned." Hard to do when when the health department won't schedule a cleaning for over a year, and won't call you back to notify you about your appointment. Then they dismiss you as a patient..
I have some tarter in between my bottom teeth that are close together. I can't get it off, it bothers me. Government healthcare needs to improve.

I always brush my pets' teeth. They eattoo... they need cleaning. If you start when they are young, they are used to it.

Bro I have a black triangle just like that because I have had two extra bottom incisors crowding my mouth removed. Plus months painful hell of braces bringing the gap left in my mouth together...

And yes if you don't do extra cleaning these big spaces calulous will build up faster and be bigger. That doesn't mean she doesn't frequently clean her teeth. All the video shows is her cleaning her teeth. As I too clean that extra space in my mouth too...

also i want to hear ur reactions to my little fun fact abt myself. Before it got a crown, i had a big cavity in a back tooth (prob my worst cavity, was a literal hole) and i would. pick at it. i was so sad when they crowned it (im autistic btw so i am a freak) 😭😭😭

Fortunately the ladies love vegetables and apples and stuff out vet recommends to clean their teeth. But Max's benevolence is on another level!

YES CLEAN YOUR DOGS TEETH! It is so vital. I can't tell you how many Senior Dogs I have seen with a mouth full of rotten teeth and eating is obviously painful and their breath is awful and it smells like death. I've taken great care of my dog's teeth over the years and even still she cracked a tooth in the back and an infection got in there and rotted it from the Jawbone down. We just had to have surgery to get some of the teeth removed and you never would have known because her teeth were beautiful. Normally do you need to clean them but you need to get them checked because it's just as integral to their health as ours

Bro when it comes to my dogs teeth. i both give them bones to chew on, and i brush their teeth now and then aswell. And i scrape them when needed to. it's important. teeth is teeth. wheter they are on a dog or a human!

Guys I'm missing 5 teeth, and I am the the first person in my state to get a teeth transplant from my bottom most to my upper teen and have had a bone graph an I forget to brush my teeth sometimes

I honestly am not into watching nasty videos of people popping their pimples or taking out black heads BUT for some reason I truly enjoy watching all that gunk being cleaned out of someone’s teeth!! It’s so weird but I follow like 2 dentists now lmao it’s really sooo satisfying to see the plaque falling off and finaly revealing the actual tooth . Lol I love watching someone with disgusting teeth and a whole bunch of plaque build up and then just watching the desentierro slowly break it down and clean it off… I truly don’t understand how someone’s teeth can get this bad with all that extra build up!! It seems almost impossible and you and the other dentist I watch are so damn nice the way you guys phrase why these people teeth are the way they are saying things like “ oh they didn’t brush their teeth correctly” but in reality they CLEARLY DIDNT BRUSH THEIR TEETH AT ALL. Lol for like YEARS! 🤢 🤢 🤮

Question- I have one “triangle” as you say but have 2 fillers or caps around because I had the cone or peg shaped teeth. How can I fix the gap?

I want you to know that you’re the reason I really picked up maintaining my oral health. I didn’t really care for myself growing up with severe mental illness (anxiety and adhd associated with Autism). Thank you for making me not feel like I was disgusting like other people have in my life.
