Lol it’s interesting how due to having a stomach issue one day when I was in elementary and had drank a lot of milk with my breakfast before school I despise whole milk 🥲. I legit can’t stand it , the trauma of how sick I was that day still gets me. I do try to eat cheese and yogurts 😂.

I'm irish and we drink a big glass of milk with EVERYTHING, also full fat cows milk up until about the age of 7 to help with bones and teeth, but even with a big bowl of spaghetti. I think the osteoarthritis is kicked off by lack of estrogen too at that age. Like 50plus xxx❤

My parents didn't force us to drink milk, we just liked it. If you were thirsty you could have water or milk... we were not a kool-aid household lol. But as an adult I totally have milk at dinner.

I was a milk monitor at school which meant I delivered the milk to each classroom, so I drink lots of milk 🥛. It's really good with biscuits or doughnuts 🍩 and it's good for bone strength. It's quite cheap to buy in the UK. Less than £1.80 for 4 pints.
