I would like it if you hot your facts straight. The "video" apparently shows the judge with a girl...not the sheriff's. This case is convoluted enough without these kind of errors.

I've always found the basic idea of police investigating police, or police investigating itself, to be the most ridiculous concept. If anything has ever been designed to not work, it's that. I personally think it works just as the people who set it up that way want it to work, that being, when corruption or illegal activities are discovered, the very agency perpetrating that activity must investigate itself to determine if they have anything to answer for. That's the professional legal way of doing it. In the public version of this, an analogy I would use is it's like asking Jeff Dahmer or Ted Bundy to investigate themselves and determine if they are guilty of serial homicide.

Can you imagine? "I, the jury in my own case, find myself, the accused, not guilty on all counts and I do so without bias, prejudice, and not a sniff of conflict of interest. . . . Honestly and everything." Or "I, the jury in my above entitled case, do find myself guilty on 39 counts of first degree murder. I sentence myself to time already served, 17 hours before bonding out, and release myself into the custody of myself and place myself on probation. . . For 13 minutes, and 35 seconds... Sure the judge was having sex with girls. Stines Deputy was fired for having sex with a young women on probation in that very Judges chamber ... How could that have happened if this wasn't apparently a widespread practice ... That chanber probably saw more @$$ than a hotel toilet seat ... excuse the expression. And yes the judge was a first class pervert scumbag ... and probably was having goings on with Stines daughter.

No way that this would ever have been prosecuted "the normal way" and so Stines - to exact justice - did it the only way it would work. If I were a juror I would fully exonerate him. But you and I know that no way this is going to happen! Judges aren't going to allow sheriffs or wnyone else to get away with this sort of behavior! They will make Stines an example - believe it!

So that judge and all the corrupt pieces of $#!= judges like him - and there are more than you think - will continue to carry out this behavior and since many judges feel like they are gods there will be corruption in the Courts and the first guy was right - there needs to be an independent body with oversight - but that will never be allowed either. At least in this case the Judge got what was coming to him and at least in that part of Kentucky - for now - young women won't be getting muckled by the law enforcement system any time soon.

Maybe a few more scumbags need ti be shot so as to bring in a re-evaluation and steps to insure real oversight - if nothing else - to protect the judges from such "justice" being delivered to them - since they can't control themselves.

I live in a small town in KY. People have no idea how deep this goes. If there was a true government investigation not only in this case and all of this counties officials but all the counties, they’d talk about it in history books for a very long time. It’s horrible. People have tried to speak out on it and nothing gets done, people just get hurt.
