Just played a second playthrough on Survivor. What a joy to play. The pinnacle of an engaging story driven game

Luke, I love you, but your bubble needs to be at least 50% smaller as an overlay to the video I'm watching.

Lost levels was a massive letdown considering there wasn’t even combat in any of them. Walking simulator with commentary other than a couple shots on a boar.

I would have loved to be able to customize my own character in "No Return" kinda like the multiplayer back in the first game, still really fun though!

Okay, so here's why I'm waiting for the PC release for this game:

So I can mod it to simply have it play the Abby's sections first, THEN Ellie's.
That alone fixes like 80% that is wrong with the story.

Just started playing this game today since I got the ten dollar upgrade from my PlayStation 4 version. The upgrades are pretty good. Lol

The biggest problem of this dlc is the name.

It's crazy to me that you can pay $10 for this remaster and get all of this content and yet TLOU Part 1 was a full priced $70 game that they had the balls to call a 'remake' even though the only difference was the graphical updates

No Return is perfect for me, because I love the actual gameplay but the story is so emotionally taxing that I have trouble getting through repeat runs. Now I can get my fix on gameplay with this, and even play as extra characters?! Sick. Also, did NOT expect Yara to be playable. I think it’s hilarious that Manny and Mel are available too, but Owen was left out lol

Its the same game...like exactly 💯 except they copied santa monica and added a rogue like mode? Lol at least God of War's was free

No Return is fun since I love the combat. I will give the story another try soon. Maybe I'll feel differently about it now that a few years have passed.

Sorry Luke, its the same PS4 with 60fps update. Only relevant addition was the new mode and dualsense compat. Tune it down.

I got a little disapointed when I found out the lost levels wouldn't be added between the story beats. Should've done my research and see that they were just incomplete sequences added on a separate dev-talk section.

I didn't know about the damn 10 buck upgrade.... I ordered a disk...

I was able to go thru Ellie to Joel all in one play through, roughly 2-3 hours, and I finally beat the boss with Joel. I got to the boss one time before I killed, but ran out of ammo and got killed by the shambler, I thought once I killed the boss it would be ggs but no you gotta kill the shambler too lol

I see a huge difference on ps5 in the graphics. It looks much better than the ps4 version.

Has anyone realised that yet again, the UK is being ripped off. $10 for the US, but still £10 in the UK. Hmmmmm. The UK is then paying $12.69 for the same DIGITAL content. Why Naughty Dog? I guess you think less of us here in the UK?

I do think the No return mode is a really cool edition (and especially for £10 it's nothing to complain about too much) but the recent valhalla update for GOWR really makes this update seem like a cheap tacked on mode instead of a DLC. Not only was valhalla free but the gameplay loop flowed better and there was actual story context to the update. No return is good but definitely not even close to valhalla

From a story perspective this game is kinda mess, its a damn good game, but we NEED a 3rd one to close the gap. And the only way i can see it work, is by the story to go a full cirlce, thats letting Ellie die for the cure, and Abby die in the process protecting her (Ellie) in reaching that goal. That could both justify Joel, Abby´s dad and the fact that they both let eachother live.
