Peer Landscaping 3D Design Renovation for John and Cinda off McGregor in Fort Myers 33901.

For this Project the Cossu's have a narrow gate that goes out to the road and they don't like it because it is very tight and hard to fit in the gate. We are proposing to remove the front half of that and add some lower level plants that are beautiful. Once we get into the gate we have some rocks to the left and the right of the driveway to help with the flow of the drainage and then we did a landscape design that mixes in with their existing trees. We are also removing some of their existing trees as well. The front beds are heavily shaded so we did some plants that do not require much sun like bromeliads, pink ti, crotons, and variegated ginger. Then moving around the property to the back we are also cleaning up and relandscaping. We will do a fresh soil ammendment throughout the whole property so that we are sure the plants will thrive in the new environment.
At night we have also added a lighting system to light up their pathways and showcase the new plants. Lights are also a great safety feature and they feel nice to come home to at night.
