ОтветитьThank you! This is VERY beginner-friendly and doesn't hurt my knees or lungs 😅. And girls, If you don't 'feel' the burn maybe u should add more weight because it DOES burn when I use 4kgs dumbell❤

ОтветитьI've been doing 20 minutes of your videos every day for a few months and keep coming back to this one when I need something effective, familiar, and not too sweaty.
Also, my favourite sweater is now too tight around the biceps. Sad I can't wear it, but happy the exercise is working!
