I dont get fallout nv. Some enemies can take two shots in the head with a fucking revolver but they dont even try to act like they got brain damage or smth

I always liked how in the original Fallout games and in New Vegas the raiders were actually way more fleshed out with different gangs like the Vipers, Jackals and Khans and actual lore behind them instead of just being nameless hostile NPCs like in Fallout 3 and 4.

People who use vats, suck.

The VAs for Vanilla FNV are so much better then the ones in these mods. Sounds like a teenage suburban kid that plays video games.

The mod is New Vegas Bounties 1 , for the weapon its WRP + Weapon Mesh Improvement and for the lighting its an ENB ( probably with Rudy ENB Preset
