Why can't people be happy with the basics, no need to do excessive things, acroyoga ? so dangerous what ever happened to going for walks, hitting the gym.Issue is most people now what clicks, likes and views for social media approval, doing all this dangerous activites, it's just not worth it, God be with her.

Acroyoga is also dangerous to the person who supports the one who is 'flying'. The pressure on the lumbar spine is cumulative and if the lower back is pushed flat to the ground, you can get disc herniations. I know people who had serious back damage from doing this.

Having that kind of control of your body is so liberating, energizing, and makes you feel so healthy and well and capable, it has to be so hard to become paralyzed after experiencing that goodness. They make medical progress all the time, all over the world, so dont loose hope Abby, sray positive, your mind will always be stronger than your body, always, and now yoi have a new adventure in front of you to find the next amazing thing you can choose to dedicate your life too, sometimes the mundane or seemingly less extraordinary can in fact be incredibly extraordinary, so find peace in your life as it is, you have many gifts to offer and dont give up hope that one day they may find ways for you to regain some if not all of your mobility. 🧡

I really hope she does improve but this activity doesn't look very safe, most extreme sports have unacceptable risk. Enjoy life but keep safety as number one
