ОтветитьI wanna be a kind happy person but I have so much hate, self hate, resentment, anger, frustration And guilt in my heart that I'm just negative all the time. Past negative experiences ( fights, arguments ,times I've felt embarrassed and felt like I'm getting picked on or looked down on. Times I've felt insecure. Drunk nights and Times I've reacted completely outta anger and hurt loved ones with what I've said) run through my head 24/7 and I dont know how to stop them. And focus on self love and forgiveness for myself. I can't stop overthinking. I can't move on. Im trying my hardest to change any tips?
ОтветитьWho is the more foolish? The fool or the fool who follows it?

ОтветитьA few notes in Don Quijote:
- He is not mad, he pretends to be mad. The proof of this is that on his deathbed he has a priest at his side to confess and a lawyer to manage his estate (the two rationalist powers of his time).
- Dulcinea (the peasant woman) is in fact seen on the novel and she is ugly and vulgar woman, Don Quijote already knew about this because again, he feigns his madness
- Sancho Panza is not "recruited" Sancho Panza is at the service of Don Quijote because he is his master. Sancho Panza follows him because he worries about his master even though he makes fun of him. Furthermore, he is not interested in money because at a certain point in the novel he is presented with the opportunity to rob some nobles with the help of the Moors but He rejects the offer because he has principles unlike the noblemen who mock him.
-Don Quijote is not "a victim of his own foolishness". Don Quijote uses his keen intelligence to pretend to be crazy so he can mock the state and the church and thus entertain himself. Throughout the novel he does whatever he wants.
Don Quijote uses his madness to fool all the people around him and the true teaching of Don Quijote is that humble people like Sancho Panza are capable of great virtue. Don Quijote is the first novel where the person worthy of a big tragedy and virtue (Sancho Panza) is not a hero or a person of royalty, but someone humble. The novel is of incredible rationalism that most people are incapable of understanding, much less if they exist in the Anglosphere which is a semantic third world full of stupid irrationalism that will lead them to failure in their war against China. I am aware of the nonsense of discussing high topics on a placd that takes Jung as a source of information and not of entertainment, but I wanted to make my comment on the best novel that exists, which by the way can only be enjoyed if you have the lucky to speak Spanish.
so im a sage thats based

This is an old story I'm about to relate. It is most likely apocryphal. In all probability many viewers of this video have heard or read it before. Nevertheless I can think of no better illustration of the legitimate criticism stated previously of ‘People always ask "Who is the fool?", but they never ask "How is the fool?"
A highly experienced psychiatrist one day met a new patient. The newcomer was a man in his forties. He seemed outwardly fine. But the experienced professional observed the deep sadness in his eyes. He asked the man to state his mental health issues.
The patient explained that his job no longer fulfilled him. He felt disparaged by his firm's clients and undervalued by his employers. He said that he possessed a talent for his line of work. But, neither his talent for, nor diligence towards his craft had brought him wealth or self-respect.
After reflecting for several minutes the doctor replied; "My dear fellow I have an idea. Which if you follow will bring you some respite. A circus has recently come to town. The opening act is 'Coco the Clown.' He is a man of singular wit and astonishing dexterity. Go and see him perform this evening. I assure you that he will make you forget all your sorrows. For a time at least this splendid clown will do so!"
Instead of agreeing to follow the psychiatrist’s advice; the man merely looked mournfully at the doctor. “There is something I ought to have told you doctor.” The psychiatrist had no inkling what his patient meant by this. “Doctor I am ‘Coco the Clown’!
