I actually speak English and I first found this in the English version but I wanted to hear it in the original language I turned on the subtles to so I could see the translation of it and it actually seems a little different from the English version (the lyrics hit differently) I love the German version its the original one and I like that you are still an amazing singer in English to but this really hits harder when you know the actual translation of it. Keep up your amazing work Anna and I wish the best for you and all your friends 🙂

it's been four years since I first listened to this song, and a lot has changed for me. when I first listened to it, I was depressed as hell and tried some stuff yk :/ but now I feel like myself for the first time in my life, and everything has turned out fine, well, I still have some problems with my family/parents and sometimes I still feel like dirt but it's not that bad like it used to be, so I consider it a success.

Ich habe das Lied früher so oft gehört, weil es unglaublich relateable für mich war und ahhh es ist so sehr Teil von meiner Jugend gewesen. Es jetzt nochmal auf Deutsch zu hören hittet anders. When I first listened to this song in German, I still new very little of the language but now, it's amazing how I understand pretty much every single word. Half a year... It actually makes me proud of my achievement, something that I rarely am.

When I first heard the English version I was in such a bad place... But amazingly, Anna Blue and Damien's songs, and even the small stories that I bought from her official website, helped me so much! I don't think that I would still be on this Earth if I hadn't found the "Silent Scream"... For once, I didn't feel alone anymore.

nothing hit's me quite like this song. there's something in feeling like someone truly knows what you've been through even though you don't actually know them. because, My dad never gave me the chance to show him what i was actually capable of. it was always these are the shoes you're gonna fill and if you don't like it then you're not my son, i'll drop you off at the boys town and they can deal with you. my mother was the only person who seen me, listened to me, supported me. in the end my dad told her that he wanted a divorce and that he was taking my brother because of it.
