God literally made a seventh day at creation to rest, that was the whole point of the extra day. He created it soley for rest with him. I dont get why its’s such a burden for others to see or accept his sabbath.

Hebrews 4:1-11 KJV talks about believers entering into God's rest and the Bible also says that God will give us rest but it is through Jesus Christ who is our rest (sabbath)

Why should we keeping the Sabbath?

Please people listen to sound doctrine. Ask God to open your mind to his Word about Jesus fulfilling the Sabbath. It seems more people agree’s with Jim, and only few can understand what Chris is explaining from the Bible. Chris is coming from a position that we are trying to keep the law/sabbath for salvation. That is not what we believe. We are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. We keep His commandments out of love for Him.

This debate is all about religion you cannot earn anything about this, our whole salvation is belong to Jesus our Lord and Savior

So, if the law is abolished, then we are allowed to do anything, including murder, stealing? That argument makes absolutely no sense.

Colossians 2:16 “Let no one judge you in what you eat or drink..new moon, Or a Sabbath,” Paul it is talking about the rituals and. the celebrations which were a shadow of the upcoming things that Jesus came to fulfill. Deuteronomy 31:26 says that “Take this book of the law and put it ON THE SIDE of the Ark of the covenant of the Lord, so that it may remain as a witness AGAINST YOU”

The guy who says the law is over with only gets his info from Paul. Jesus doesn't ever day this, but time and time again highlights the importance to obey His commandments. Paul is the author of confusion. Maybe we can debate Pauls words compared to Jesus. When we do this it is quite clear we are to obey Jesus commandments and also follow Jesus example of Sabbath. Jesus has several good examples of doing good on the Sabbath.

Mark 7:7, "Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.". Sunday observance is a commandment of men, namely the Papacy, who acknowledges that the sabbath is the seventh day.

Sunday is referred to as the Lord's day by people who have embraced sunday observance but the text says in Mark 2:28 that the son of man is Lord also of the Sabbath. The sabbath is the true Lord's day.

When the time comes that it is law that only sunday is to be observed under penalty of death and I believe that day is coming, I will continue to keep the sabbath.

Jim shows the meaning of physical sabbath ( which was given to Israelites to observe the day itself), and Chris the spiritual sabbath (which in Hebrews saying that it is a spiritual entering into God's rest which is everyday as long as you are "in Christ" and not the day itself).
