I don't have render files. just proxy and optimized. but 179GB is occupied in the high quality (render) folder how to clean them and not lose the current project 🤷🏽‍♂️

If I were to also check the boxes to delete proxy files and optimized files can I get those back later if I want to? Say I finish a project, export and deliver to client. But then want to edit that project again later but have already deleted render files, proxy files and optimized files. Can I make the project any of this options again after deleting all of them?

Hello, thank you for this video. I just did as you instructed but didn't see a change in the GB, do you know why that is? It's a big event that hold 65GB that I've kept mainly on my external so I'm not sure why the GB are showing up on my hard drive as that much. Any help would be much appreciated!
