You'd be dumb to pick the Vento over the Rapid. Its the same fucking car and it is cheaper. VW in India really fucked up.

Now everybody turn and move up to DCT and other hand VW, the king of DCT going other way to torque converter. Bit confusing strategy even though they attribute to pricing

in the future, don't be surprised if VW and Skoda get a 750 cc 'turbo' engine. Taking it too far for cost-cutting. No matter what the spec sheets say, there is no replacement for displacement. For sub 4 mt cars it's okay but these full-size sedans need power and torque. Never thought I'd see a 3 cylinder Vento. Sad
