5 Tips to OVERCOME Interview NERVES! (How to NOT be NERVOUS in a Job Interview!)

I took some advice yesterday to go introduce myself to a man who will be hiring for a sales position and I acted so damn nervous. I came across as nervous and scared feel stupid. The individual said if your not meant to have the job, what does it matter if you tell them who you are.

I had an interview today for a job I’ve never done before and or had experience in the industry but I am highly interested in .
I was super nervous but the interview went for over an hour as we chatted. I’ve been told if your being interviewed for that along it means that they’re interested in you. Is that true ?

I recently had an interview where I had calmed all nerves and as soon as I walked into the room, the Hiring Manager had these eyes that kind of scared me and I got worried and all nerves returned🤣🤣🤣🤣, I was initially told they're friendly and calm and nice people but they were sitting there looking at me like I was an Intruder

I took all your tips on board (did my research, referred to the job description, got my answers ready for questions I expectcted, used READ techniques etc and when I got asked the first question MY MIND WENT BLANK AND I FROZE! FROM THERE ON IT WAS DOWNHILL. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH MYSELF.
I would like you to explain if you can, why the examiner would say "I think it wise for you come and see the building where the role will be- its just that I dont want to waste your time?" I feel the interviewer was really saying I was wasting HER time. The viewing is due on Tuesday 8th August & too be honest I dont think I want to go!
What are your thoughts?

I have a interview right now hella nervous

I think the most important thing, especially for a role that involves speaking, is to never pause. If your mind goes blank and you hesitate for too long, assume you've lost the role. Don’t let that happen no matter what, say whatever comes to mind no matter how ridiculous, ask for clarification if you need or just give a simple response and move on.

I'd also like to add that you should ask yourself, what have you really got to lose? The worst that could happen is you don't get the job. No problem, there'll be loads more work out there! I get very nervous about interviews because all I think can about is failing it, but as soon as I tell myself that even if I do fail it really doesn't matter, my confidence goes up massively! Let me tell you, I failed like 3 interviews with 3 different employers bc I was laid off 05/2022 and have been so rusty. I’ve watched your videos and Project Greenlight and passed my phone interviews for two jobs I’m so very interested in!! I have on site meetings coming up next week, I’m prepping myself and have been worried about my anxiety but these videos REALLY HELP❤. Project Greenlight helped too bc the girl they chose had nerves that seemed to choke her up, like mine, and she pushed through and I watched her struggle throughout the process but she DID IT and I can tell bc she set that precedence it will help her next time. This was a huge help for me too bc I see people like me who aren’t giving up and pushing through and prospering. I know the more I speak publicly and practice practice practice I’ll be a better candidate. How much time will they take in the care assistant interview could you tell me please

Its been a struggle for me for a few months now. I am applying in the field of Law Enforcement and it is so competitive that the slight interview mistake can lead to your application being turn over. I failed so many that I lost count now. I have 2 incoming and really hope this time I will nail it. Watching this video really help. My struggle is I try to elaborate too much by giving deep articulated response, and since English is not my native language and never had a real advance English subject class cause me to freeze. But when dealing with contentious situations, I handle myself very well.
