This is so wild seeing how coherent he was. I have a theory that Joe was FORCED to run for president against trump in a fraudulent election by an individual or group that had dirt on him (they knew of something that joe did that would destroy his reputation) and joe really doesn't want to go along with it so he acts dumb and impedes the people attempting to puppeteer him. I'm sure he isn't as out of it as he's acting. It would be less consistent if it was real and indeed not a 'put on'.
