HOW TO: Fix ANY Printer Issue on Your Mac

I’ve searched high and low to find a solution to my printing issues and FINALLY FOUND IT!!! Thank you so much for your help!! I appreciate you immensely 🤗 💯!!!

thank you for explaining why a duplicate printer wasn't printing and to delete all from printer settings. A viewer below also had the same issue.

i can print from my iPhone (wireless) but the computer does cannot find the printer?? been here a few hours now. Any ideas welcome :(

THANKS A LOT !! I couldn't understand for the life of my why my printer won't just churn out the damn page when it was correctly connected to my Mac. Deleting the printer drives solved the issue for me.

recently brought epson L3250. There was no problem in connecting but when i print PDF or any image document the printer gave me print in text form such as % Ps adobe 3.0 etc

My issue is that when I go to print it says "Encryption credentials expired". I have removed and added back the printer multiple times to no avail. I have an Epson 3640. Any ideas? I have spent hours trying to handle this.

Why when I try and pull up the cups admin panel In safari do I i get “page not found?”.

well all was going well till the authorizes host stated my password would not be sent encrypted? I am using my Mac admin name and password. my mac wont let me add a printer at all? tried most everything. changed internet providers and did a reset of my printer but now wont let me add it to printer list? when I check printer read out says not connected to wifi. I am so tired of this!!!

doesn't explain when the printer connected to ethernet network plus when the printer require dept ID and pswd. Its like using linux to add printer. Pretty idiotic device and software for supposedly a high end professional personal computer.

the problem i had: i bought myself a new macbook air M1 (no flex intended) so there's no USB input on it so i also bought a separate Type A thingy for my USB Printer, when i tried to print there's none, it just slips out the paper with no marks, i've been struggling for 2 months just for that, until i discovered this, you just have to re-add the printer since my mac is recently updated?

I have a MacBook Pro version 12.5.1 (Monterey). My problem is that it suddenly can't even find my printer, which it was using fine until today. I've tried the things you suggested in this video but it just can't see the printer, before or after I deleted it. This is a very helpful video though, in spite of my issue. Do you have any videos hat address it not finding the printer? Printer says it's online, It prints.
