But, I want to know which one us the advising bank. That means I understand both buyers bank and sellers bank but can't able to understand Advising bank.

As I am a beginner, I would like to have clarifications for below doubts.

When Issuing Bank redirecting LC to Advising bank and Advising Bank redirecting the same LC to Seller Bank.

In above point,
1. what is difference between Advising Bank and Seller's Bank. 
2. Where Paying bank came into picture, when we are already having Seller's Bank.
3. Can we call Advising Bank and Seller's Bank both are same.
4. In which scenario Paying bank and Seller's Bank are different.
5. what is the difference between Advising bank and Paying Bank.
