how to remove the front part of the pc? there is a sticker just in front of the 3 fans but i cant remove it. Its annoying me because there are some little scratches on it.

No Offense at allllllll please dont take offense to this but if you really strive to search for a 1060 for $100 (which I have done on 3 different occasions so far its quite easy) you could turn this $700 build into a $600 build because a 1060 is actually only 8% lower performing than a 1660, if you were to spend over 200 on a card I would suggest a 1070ti because as you said that is going to perform more like a 2060 or better. Just my input I thought it could help in case you hadn't done quite the extensive research on 1060 vs 1660 along with the other cards
