P.S that guy in the driver seat just can’t listen lol
He should have called back up or got the dude out of the car and placed him in handcuffs…..

He thought he was going to be capable of driving off and escaping after being pepper sprayed, despite the fact he was temporarily blinded and the other occupant of the car was doing the steering. That is how much of an idiot this suspect is. It's also ridiculous in some of these videos how they try to verbally disguise compliance by repeating "Okay, okay, okay", whilst at the same time continuing to directly disobey lawful orders. I hope the courts came down hard on this driver.
