I have waited over 4 months for a refund. Everytime I chat to your agents they ask me to just wait. This is unacceptable and extremely poor customer service. How can you expect people to just wait. This is the worst experience of customer service I have EVER received from any company. You are absolutely unable to deal with situations where you promise to have issues sorted within a specific timeframe, as nothing happens. This case was opened at the end of October 2022, I was told numerous times that it would be only one month for the refund. Now it is 10 March 2023, the supposed flights are in 2 weeks and I have contacted you numerous times only to be told the same thing over and over. Completely unacceptable. Pathetic service.
