Today August 17, 2023, my niece gave birth to twin boys!

By looking at what time they were born they were almost born on two different days!

I’m glad you were able to have a *vaginal delivery. A *natural delivery means a non-medicated, little to no interventions used.

When i think of natural i think no epidural... i had all 3 of my boys workout epidural and let me tell you that pain is out of this world
