Musetti should not have won this match. If you actually watched it you would have noticed his back foot touched the centre line during his service motion on the deuce side at least 50% of the time. And that is a foot fault. I have no idea why this was never called by the officials.

I've always thought Musetti would be the big name from Italy in the future, rather than Sinner. The latter is an extremely hard worker but he's lacking the intuitive shot making ability of his compatriot. Now Sinner has improved in that department, adding the drop shot to his repertoire. He has also worked very hard on his serve. Musetti is still trailing in that department. He's got work to do. But in terms of pure talent he has what it takes to reach the top.
