Stew i dont understand why scarab takes turn against me and kills me(30 hard). I have team Alure Armiger Coldheart Visix and Metalshaper and all starts good i lay decrease speed and start turn meter controling him and at one point from almost zero turn meter he takes turn.Speeds are 211 metal and the rest little bit slow

People are so funny, Yah its so easy, just have 3 coldhearts and 2 allures ;p like everyone has that lol

I was able to do this boss before but with the new DT I cant seem to kill him

For now the only champion I got to help for the boss phase is Vergis, it's crazy how he solo's scarab king. Only problem it is slow about 80-150 turns.

I am on normal 100 and I really want the purple book. I have the champions I need, but I don't have the gear to stay alive. My Metal Shaper only has 204 speed. He hits me on a two hit combo and knocks my shields off and I can’t beat him. My Armiger speed is 161 though (not sure I can raise that as he’s in the savage set). I have traded all my best gear and I can’t. Pisses me off that you say he is that easy

Only easy for whales like you. I hv metalshaper he keeps getting provoke buff so he can't use his shields even with 200+ RES 220 SPD

Sure, it is easy for f2p if he is already at the point where the player can get rank 6 gear and if he's willing to spend a few months exclusively leveling up champs to defeat this one single boss..., I don't even need to start to try as there's no way for me to get my speed over 200. And then considering that pretty much none of my shield sets have the speed substat, those champs will always fall far behind...

I mean, sure, he' technicaly easy, but for me, my team just wipes after seconds when meeting him.

So the question to f2p players is rly this: are you willing to spend all the resources you earn during a pretty long ass time just to beat one boss...

Y does he fight u differently? Bc he immediately rips my shield off everyone as soon as i get to him......and then i just get the provoke and decrease speed and turn metter and then im dead. Probably bc i dont have the gear to get the speed but oh I forgot its so easy.

Try Jizoh on Doom tower for Borgoth The Scarab King . He will need
suport to get to bos but when he get to him he wil kill him. 30 min. run
but for someone who dont have good champs this is awesome.

i try looking for a metal shaper in my account coz i am eating rares like crazy to make space lol for my epics and for some lucky reason he was in the vault untouched lol

Did they change him? Easy mode floor 50 and he is now landing provoke even though I have a shield up, forcing my metal shaper to attack instead of renewing the shield. I don't have the silver to redo everyone in new gear in the hope that higher resist will help me avoid the taunts.

Any review of ripper from skinwalkers on taking down this lobster?

Scarab king is the boss that stops my progress every week

& I do have 2 metal shappers should I develop both or who would work well with Apoth

I'm stuck on lvl 50 on easy so what do you think I should do have almost every champ lol do u think since my metal shaper is only lvl 40 his sheild isn't gonna be strong enough?

Stew, what is your resistance on these champs? I get my shield stolen with 250 resistance on level 50 hard, when the boss' accuracy is 200.

This encounter is a fucking joke. A gatekeeping joke. No player should have to micromanage stats just to get pass this boss.

You got hit PLENTY of times.....all were resisted. Maybe you should mention that. When I get hit...all my champs are affected and all hell breaks loose. So....resists are in order as well....if he ever gets in a hit.

Would Outrider work in Destroy gear? He's an uncommon Barbarian with a 2 round cd on his HP decrease skill and has an AOE if ascended. He's really not all that much to invest in if you're already farming a cheap Destroy set in the early game, or if you're farming Warmaiden.

Free to play members especially new players will not have 18-25% bonus from Arena, nor the 25% bonus from Great Hall. They especially won't have the gear.

Im really struggling with this boss, watching all content to hopefully inspire, found myself building new champions just for this, Hope shudders Valerie spasms havent been able to pull any other shield champs, speed adjusted and not done it yet. Stuck for two weeks. Keep pushing..

try this team on floor 100, i guarantee it wont work

Sorry but I have metalshaper and I'm using him and it still isn't working. I don't feel like taking commons to level 60 and working all their masteries to max level to get past this stupid boss. This is just bullcrap that plarium is pulling to cause more frustration purchasing. I appreciate that you're doing this, but I have legendaries at level 50, but I'm supposed to max out commons for one boss? This is just dumb and plarium is doing it to get people to buy more of those dumb shards and waste more resources on this stupid tower. you say it's "easy" but consider that you have characters at 60 that people use for food.

Everything cool, but after upgrading this team for a few days i have 80 k power on it (with hungerer instad of draconis). And I'm missing like 50 speed at whole team to decress boss' turn meter on time. Like now after 2 turns , he's taking off or stealing my shield and than whole team is dead. Not sure if even with my best eq on this team i could beat it. My strongest champ has 37k power, and it seems like your uncommons got ~40 k each - not so easy so far than for most of ppl trying to beat this boss even first time on normal mode :/

Its mental this one if ya havnt got shield champs it just keeps countering lmao stupid mechanic, they need to change it for next month, am gana end up quitting this stupid game soon it just gets worse lmao

Av tried all sorts on stage 50 and still cant do it, just tried 2 coldheart, rhazin, mosaleum, stag night, still couldnt do it lol av tried bed el, apothecary, skullcrown, altan, royal guard, mm, kael lol tried everybody that av got at 60 and still cant do this, these champs should just blitz this stupid thing but they dont, you must have a cheat code to make him die lmao

Thanks for mentioning Madame S, I managed to solo with her if I added one immortal pice on her for sustain but run got crazy long, 3,5 hours so the game crashed when boss died😭

Metal shaper looks good I was wondering could I use hungerer do you think if I don't have a metal shaper?? Obviously he'd need amazing gear love to see if that would work he's the right affinity as well

I tried Metalshapper, 2 Armigers, Alure and Apothecary. I was keeping TM down to about 1/2...keeping shield up....but he still attacked while 1/2 TM....took down my shields....and soon as I hit......mayhem from there. I managed to get 2 CH's today (my first's) will lvl them up to 50 tomorrow....see what that brings me.

I tried Scarab with Valerie (50), Hope (50), Vergumkaar (60), Stag Knight (60) & Metalshaper (50), 4 champions who can put a Shield and increase the duration of the Shield, assuming Shields stack up. Ontop of that, Vergumkaar and Hope are in a Shield set. Metalshaper has 202 Speed, the others less. Scrab hits me and all Shields are gone,

200 seed wont be enough when he has +150 speed high in DT

So I went back to this video, and used a psylar, two coldhearts, lvl 50 armiger and a lvl 40 metalshaper. After a minor gear tweak.. easy-peasy
