Yep. Two fouls where the perps should have been cuffed and carted to jail.

So repulsive that some competitors are self-compelled violators of twisted cultural “values”. Noteworthy, if reversal of this occurred, then THOSE holler Racism !

Ejections for sure!! How do you protect players if the perps do not get ejected as needed. Does it take a spinal injury? Does it take a severe leg fracture? Both career-ending injuries. NCAA women's hoops getting as bad as WNBA. Just crap I will not watch those whiners!!

Any intentional foul should result in being thrown out of the game. Both of those were assaults. Not rough play. Assaults.

@KenSmart. Brutality???? Let’s not put the LeBron flop attitude on this.
Men’s and women’s sports. Athletes get frustrated. Didn’t look like the hand to the face was intentional. Looked like inability to change a reach. Often see the lack of body control in women’s basketball.
Iowa has class. Good job

Wow. Georgia girls show their jealousy on the court that's for sure. You can't stop Caitlin you losers. And that's the lesson you learned. I wonder if Caitlin even realizes that she has the potential to be one of the greatest women to ever walk this planet. And I don't mean just from a basketball perspective. I'd do anything just to meet her. I'm a man btw. Talk about a girl with so much promise. Incredible. Congratulations Caitlin and Iowa on a great season.

I don't condone the action, but I feel there is no reason for Caitlin to try to score another basket considering they are ahead in points with few seconds remaining. It looks like Caitlin was trying to rub it in.

The first foul looked unintentional but there was a noticeable lack of concern even though she hit her hard in the face and knocked her into the seats. The second foul on Clark may not have looked like much but it doesn't take much of a push in the back of a person running to send them sprawling, and again the total lack of concern by the girl who committed it. They were both out of frustration and both showed no class.

what happened to sportsmanship made me cry a bit cause even in hard times you don't act on emotions I'm sure their parents raised better idk why they would represent their names and team like that who would've thought Georgia would be poor sports

In my book Marshall is too pretty to get hit in the face but #22 trans earn what it got, it does that to the other team!!! Little pay back I guess for not calling those fouls on it and for that matter it love holding on the other team as well for it’s defensive skills. Georgia has proven that Iowa is over rated, hahaha

I like that female basketball is becoming competitive. And you know that when it gets chippy. What I don’t like are all these people who don’t understand competitiveness or sports and that sometimes it does get physical , and that these people try to make it racial thing. This happens all the time in men’s sports, and the same people don’t say anything.

What is it with the announcers? Following the two flagrant fouls, the play-by-play announcer stated, "this is very unfortunate for Georgia." The analyst attributed the behavior to "just frustration coming to the forefront." So, the Georgia players who committed the flagrant fouls were victims of bad luck or just frustrated. Anyone with any sense of objectivity can see those acts for what they are: pure thuggery. Announcers: you came across as a couple of lame apologists who condone that behavior. Shame on you!

They couldn't handle losing to a white team. If this was reversed, we all know everyone would call it out for what it was. But because it was a protected class engaging in it, it becomes simply "frustration."

I don't watch women's basketball very often, but I have seen clips from the end of this season on the Web. I have been surprised by how rough they are now. They flatten opponents with cheap and even dangerous shots. Then, they just walk away.
