If only my graphics card was strong enough to support ray tracing.
Sadly, as good as the GTX 1070 is, it came out too long before ray tracing was a thing.

Sorry, but it is all still too shiny and glossy....

What I see in the Unreal Engine are mainly static items get rendered very detailed, while dynamic ones (water and reflections) are still "unreal". There is no car THAT glossy in the rain and not all cars have a glossy surface.
The reflections of the neon signs in the puddles are too bright and still kinda readable. If you drive through a rainy day through the town the reflections on the ground are more vague. It's more like a colorful smear over the streets than actually signs. Same with reflections on a car. You would pass a neon sign and on the surface of the car you would have only a mix of the colors. On the car windows you might get a better 'mirror-effect' of the neon signs, but not on the surface of a vehicle.
It definitely has come far...if you consider XBox or Playstation... don't get me wrong!

First person looks so much better! Much more bareable, hopefully gta does different hand placements on steering wheels for characters cause the 11 and 2 o'clock hold is so out of place in a way, if they held it more comfortably or with some CHARACTER or STYLE like Franklin might ride with one hand, Micheal might drive with 5 o'clock hold you know.

this looks good, but its not real ray tracing
ex: :47 lights from building can be seen reflecting on rain-water underneath vehicle. Where in reality IF, casting reflections under-cars at night were even posable, it will be that of its own, not the lights from nearby buildings
