ОтветитьJust wanted to add a little extra to dirty's amazing video. If they show ringed sideroblast, its only present in the bone marrow whereas on a peripheral smear its called basophilic stippling. How i remember it is stiPPling is in the PeriPhery, SideroBlast are in Bone.

ОтветитьRecently, I had anemia, or low red blood cell counts, which is common in CLL, and I have CLL.. Red blood cells are needed to carry oxygen to all the cells in the body. With my anemia I experienced fatigue and weakness, and I had pneumonia. My CLL specialist said 'time to treat' as my bone marrow was affected.
