Balanced is the worst mode for you to use on Bing AI. IF you want good accurate information, as well as equal text parsing for things like ELI5, use Precise mode. If you want creative responses, then obviously use Creative, but Precise is even better at some creative tasks than Precise is, tl;dr Precise is really good, Creative is a bit more on-rails than many of us would like and Balanced is a never-touch.

It doesn't make sense to frame anything as 'Which one is best?', but rather 'Which one is currently better?' given that these are all evolving and subject to the level of investment in their ongoing development.

I feel you have a preference for Bing AI and that made this video feel bias

In my experience, I've found that Bard lies the most and gives completely false information. Bing for the win!

Bard has the most potential and i think it will be the best


First of all Bing and Chatgpt are almost completed or completed and bing is just slow as hell and chatgpt is a small country and probably will get dwarfed by a big company

I have not used AI much but i tried bing and bard and bard is much faster and (In all of the FEW questions i asked bard was more detailed)
Bing had an edge in one of my questions where it showed a widget instead but i think bard is way better

Big companies will have a lot of restrictions on AI because they have a huge repetition and it will be ruined if they make one small mistake and overall Chatgpt beats both but i think in a few months Bard will definitely be better as google is still upgrading and updating it alot and it has improved so much in a few months more than chatgpt and bing

Bard is still classified as an experiment which might mean it will have many more updates

Debate all you want but bing is slow anyways and i have no belief in it just as edge which failed (it only has a 5% market share because windows computer users accidentally use it and it has its stupid rewards which are mid like id rather mop the floors instead of getting a 1 dollar giftcard from 4 hours of using it and grinding it.


Anything you say that is good about bing is automatically invalid bing and chatgpt beat it easily and microsoft is pretty shit for making claims like "We are the father of Chatgpt" although google made chatgpt happen by making an open website which chatgpt used
Microsoft edge and probably bing also were technically made by google as they both use Chromium and literally run on it (Which google made)

My experience with ChatGPT

On world politics.

Here I find ChatGPT does not apply consistent logical thinking and often present illogical conflicts in the information given to me.

I ask about the truth on Xinjiang Uyghurs genocide.

What I get is all the propaganda by the west (particularly US) which I read every day in the media.

Then I ask for info regarding special positive treatment to the Xinjiang Uyghurs by CCP government, i.e. no one child policy for them (only for Han Chinese), hence their population rate in on the increase, that Uyghurs student study not only free education but given money allowance monthly to support them financially, that these students get into Chinses highly competitive university more easily than Han Chinese, that not only Uyghurs culture and language being preserved but also being promoted, e.g. Uyghurs language is printed on Chinese Yuan note (money), that it was some Uyghurs extremists and separatists who started killing people a few decades ago that prompt China CCP to take counter measure on these people.

ChatGPT gives confirmative answer to the above.

Then I asked ChatGPT, did US provides positive treatment to the native American since the real genocide of native Americans 200 years ago. He said NO.

Then I asked about the credibility of the west (US) on the lie on Weapon of Mass Destruction as an excuse to invade Iraq, the confirms there is US political agenda. Isn't it another lie on Xinjiang Genocide?

He confirms WMD is a lie, but still insists that although there is no real evidence on Xinjiang genocide, but there is CONCERN on these Uyghurs people.

From these I conclude I do not want to waste time with ChatGPT on geo-political matter.

FWIW, Bard has launched extensions now which is really great. Bards capabilities to access your other personal Google apps for reference is another big advantage not discussed in the video. This will eventually lead into an enhanced Google assistant/Bard experience over time with secondary personal devices, Google Home devices and more that can function with Google assistant. Last but not least, I'm personally not as proficient with the keyboard as I'd wish to be and Bard has a mic ready to go for dictation and allows me to be much more efficient and multitask in the shop while simultaneously progressing Bard through prompts.

don`t blame AI response if your expectations from prompt "explain for 5y old" doesn`t much your expectations. now pass on that information to a 5 y old , and see witch AI done best, no way 5 y old will come close to get Bing response. prompt was wrong and expectations was wrong. which now have let me be warry of your biases and bad understanding of testing.

It would be great if you could compare several different image generators, such as Midjourney and PicFinder--I'm sure there are others. Thanks.

In my own experience when it comes to complex research or having an AI partner, Bard has been the least helpful for me. It's very good at saying I'm an AI and not able to help.. lol

I have used them for the last few days (except i use GPT 3.5 instead of 4) and i like the most Bing AI. Gives the best answers for my needs.

After using ChatGPT for a few months I tried Bard and was not impressed at all. It was unable to correctly do a word count on its own reply to me, refused to perform a task involving the manipulation of a Biblical text (which ChatGPT did no problem) and just seemed slow and a bit useless. It was good at apologising and explaining that it was still learning though.

I confidently used bard to take an online test and was amazed to receive a %32 🤦🏽‍♂️ at least ChatGBT knows it’s own limitations and will not just blindly lead you to your doom.

Bing only uses 100% GPT4 with creative mode... moderate mode is the worse mode for bing. Precise mode also uses GPT4 most of the time.

Sorry, I'm not usually like this, but this is first a bad and second a biased view.
Why biased?
In the picture with the cat he gives Bard a chance and tries another answer version. But not once did he try the creative mode of Bing, which is known to be the best of all 3 modes and would have solved the picture with high probability correctly.
And you didn't even really go into what ChatGPT can over all do with the plugins.
Why wrong?
I watch this video to get such a bad summary at the end? Bing doesn't go into depth you say? No, you're just using it wrongly and you can clearly see that here. Bard is labeled as a psycho who is good at formatting.... Just plain meaningless and redundant!

Bing works very well with pdfs, you just need to open the pdf with edge browser then load bing chat from the sidebar.

In my experience, Bing (especially in Creative mode) is the best all-around experience by far. All 3 occasionally provide great replies, but Bing is just more reliable and consistent. GPT and Bard seem more hit or miss. The other 2 have alot of hype, but GPT is limited by not being connected to the internet (without plugins or paying $20/month), and Bard tends to make stuff up when it can't answer a question. Seriously, it 'hallucinates' ALOT.

Bing can also do useful things that the others can't - such as pull up a weather widget when you ask the forecast, a stock chart if you ask about stocks, a map when you ask for a Chinese restaurant, etc. It can even generate images using AI. I agree that all 3 have their strengths and weaknesses, and on any random day, one might beat out the other in a given question. But for everyday use, Bing is just more useful and reliable, in my opinion.

why did you not include Claude 2.0?

Based on my experience of using ai models to study science, Bing ai is the best. Bing's only weakness is that it is slow relatively and sometimes stops for no reason.
Note: I haven't tried the paid version of chatgpt.

So far I mostly tested Bard, ChatGPT and Claude. (for a reason that I ignore, I am not able most of the time to connect to Bing Chat, so I can't properly test it.) Out of 10, I would give an 8.5 to Bard, a 6.5 to ChatGPT and a 6 to Claude. Bard is improving and fast.

(For uploading a PDF in Bard, the only thing you need to do is writing the URL of the PDF, and he will get it)

GPT is perfect because of its plugins. Why you didn't use plugins in most cases? This would greatly improve the quality of GPT responses.

I use all of those on daily basis. Bing is excellent and empathetic. GPT4 is excellent but in a robot kind of way. Bard is completely useless which it proved many, many times.
