Data and Actions in Flows | Challenge 1 | Work with Salesforce Records in Flows

In the create onboarding task element,we cant find a feild value that sets to reach out for onboarding

but after doing the same it is showing that "We can’t find the ‘Set Type to Customer’ element immediately after the Start element.".... What to do??
