ОтветитьHi, Anna! At the beginning of the stretches, I realized that there were SO many cricks and cracks in my back and neck. Ya loosened me up!! 😂 also, I can almost do a middle split every time I do these stretches!! :) thanks!!

i lost a lot of my flexibility due to a busy life, and this routine has helped me to gain more flexibility than when i started! =)

ОтветитьI'm a dancer but not flexible at all, and I want to be more confident in class and improve. I'm going to try this stretch for a month to see if it will help :)
day one - was sorta hard, doesn't feel much different :/
day two - was a bit easier, muscles felt a bit looser and stretched out :)
day three -
Really one of my favorite I call you like a gymnast or cheerleader because you're just so flexible and I'm pretty much as flexible as you now

ОтветитьI can't do the plank but everythin else is okay. The backbend is very scary but I found out that when I lay my arms on top of my chest it feels very interesting.
