Vortex Viper HD Binoculars

Brilliant binoculars , I’ve a pair and have tested them alongside some top brands that are more than double the price ,, not much between them ,,in fact it’s so close it’s negligible to define what your really missing ...seeing is believing .looking into the darker shades spots at dawn or dusk may be the only big difference ,,but will you get a VIP warranty from your high end binoculars ?

... and I jus bought older model of the viper hd a few weeks ago. Hopefully I'm not missing much.

Have these just been updated? I have a pair of 10x50s on their way to me form a reseller here in the UK. Assuming they will be the older model. Absolutely gutted as it looks like the new ones have a 70ft better fov!!

A 20mm eye relief would make this hard to pass up.

Between these binos and my Diamondback HP 4x16x42, I am a true believer in the Vortex brand. Great price point, superb optics, and I don't even need to mention the warranty. I will be putting Vortex optics on all of my firearms, but first I need a range finder and spotting scope!

Does the new version have Magnesium alloy chassis? The old Made in Japan version has composite chassis.

Hi vortex does the fury binos have angle compensation build in ?

Hi, two days ago, I bought the new Diamondback Vortex. I have seen that the word Vortex is not written anywhere in the binoculars. I have also seen in the box that they have been made in China. I do not know why this happens ¿Is Vortex an American or China brand? I need to know about this, because I bought the binoculars thinking they were American. I have tried them and they are very good, very bright, light, and beautiful. But I want to know if I bought a Chinese or American product. I need your help or that of anyone who can answer my questions. Thank you very much.

I have an old Viper 8x32, non HD version, which don't exist in the market anymore I believe. Although non HD I've been using it for many years and have been to many places with me, sporting lots of amazing birds - something a brand new bino cannot offer. By the way what is the main difference in terms of optics, between HD and non HD?

I just received mine and it doesnt have the viper hd badge on top only say vortex. Only place i see viper hd is on the focus ring. I bought it through b&h photo.
