ОтветитьPockets??? I use panniers. Most of my riding is back and forth to work and take a thermos of coffee and 3 small nutritious meals and healthy snacks to eat throughout the day.

ОтветитьI bring Yokan. It’s a Japanese traditional snack. It’s a bar of gelled sweet bean paste. There’s also salty one so you can get calories and salt to avoid dehydration.
